Happy Thanksgiving!
It's that time of the year when we gather around the table, share stories, and, of course, enjoy some delicious food. As a realtor, I understand the importance of home and family. This pumpkin pie is more than just a dessert; it's a symbol of warmth, love, and the memories we create together. As you enjoy this pie, remember that home is where the heart is, and it's my pleasure to help you find that perfect place to call home.
Classic Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
Instructions:
Preheat Your Oven:
Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix the Filling:
In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Add the eggs and mix well. Gradually stir in the evaporated milk.
Prepare the Pie Crust:
Pour your pumpkin filling into the pie crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
Let the pie cool on a wire rack. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
From my family to yours, I wish you a delightful and joy-filled Thanksgiving. May your home be filled with laughter, love, and, of course, the sweet aroma of pumpkin pie. For any real estate needs or just a chat over a slice of pie, feel free to reach out. Happy Thanksgiving!
